IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE DEPENDING ON GENDER? ABSOLUTELY NOT, THE GOAL IS THE SAME, THE EFFORT IS THE SAME AND THE WAY IS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME! AS MY FAVOURITE AUTHOR AND RESEARCHER OF FITNESS STATES: MEN OFTEN WANT TO LOOK 'SHARP' WHILE WOMEN WANT TO LOOK 'TONED'.


BOTH DESIRED LOOKS HAVE ONE COMMON DENOMINATOR: FAT LOSS. MOST MEN SEEM TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH GAINING AT LEAST SOME MUSCLE MASS WHEN TRAINING, WHILE MANY WOMEN UNFORTUNATELY THINK THEY WILL GET 'BULKY'. HERE IS A FACT LADIES: WOMEN HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY LESS TESTOSTERONE THAN MEN.

MORE MUSCLE LEADS TO FASTER METABOLISM AND MORE CALORIES BURNED WHILE RESTING.
